which is separately registered
in India and Japan under the
respective country company laws. |

includes RAMTEJ Foundation,
which contains National
Socio-Economic Society for
Poverty Eradication
(N.S.Society) in India and
Welcome INDIA in Japan. |

activities of these entities are
coordinated by the group, which
include policy making, path
finding, troubleshooting and so
on.
RAMTEJ Group has a strong
governing body or committee,
which has professors, business
people, politicians, social
workers at its apex decision
making or policy making level,
